I'm currently supporting Bharti Airtel through Ericsson India as a Core Engineer, managing L2 back-office corrective maintenance from trouble-ticket creation through resolution within SLA.
I handle subscriber-profile changes, KPI issue analysis, and checkpoints for night and critical activities to keep core-network operations running smoothly.
At Vodafone Idea, I operated and maintained Nokia DX-200 and Rel-4 switching systems, including MSS, MGW, MSC, HLR, and STP. I monitored alarms, completed health checks and backups, diagnosed node and measurement issues, and coordinated fault resolution across NSS, BSS, and circuit-core elements.
Previously, I supported Bharti Airtel Africa with UST Global, working on CGI rehoming, 2G and 3G CGI creation, POI E1 additions, and OSS measurement-data faults. I bring more than five years of telecom core-domain experience and enjoy solving network issues in fast-paced operations environments.
