In my current role, I own the full analytical lifecycle—from semantic data models to production GenAI agents and NL2SQL systems. I built and maintained canonical datasets (like the Service Usage Semantic Data Model), serving 500+ users across 100+ teams and generating $2Mn/month in business impact.

I also delivered practical GenAI tooling that accelerates revenue decisions, including the Revenue Bot NL2SQL solution with a vector store, schema registry, and backend data pipelines—improving response accuracy and accelerating decision-making by 80%. On the reliability side, I engineered end-to-end ETL pipelines for Revenue and Operations metrics with 100% SLA reliability, and built anomaly detection frameworks that caught data integrity issues in production five times in one year.

I’m equally focused on governance and modeling outcomes: I defined and enforced data governance at scale using Row-Level Security (RLS) via entitlement role-based access controls, ensuring compliant, auditable access for sensitive financial metrics. Earlier, I delivered ML prospecting and relationship discovery improvements at Truist, built predictive pricing and profitability models at Genpact (including deal wins totaling $250Mn+ and $15Mn year-1 profitability gains), and supported digital product impact by redesigning Avis’ rent-a-car platform with web interactions rising from 20% to 70%.
