I am an Operations Team Leader at Invensis Technologies Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru, with over 6 years of cross-domain experience spanning BPO, healthcare, e-commerce, technical support, fintech, and hospitality verticals.

In my current role, I manage large calling and operations teams across 10+ simultaneous project verticals, including Instalimb India (prosthetics), Nova Scotia data management, Flitto data crawling, and internal sales funnel tracking. My responsibilities span client governance communications, escalation handling, performance dashboards, SOP creation, agent training, and intern management.
