I’m a technology delivery leader with 19+ years of experience driving enterprise-scale digital transformation and Agile delivery programs across global banking platforms. Recently, as a Portfolio Manager, I managed 3 Agile pods comprising 36 cross-functional engineers delivering enterprise platforms for a US technology client and oversaw a $6M technology delivery portfolio spanning multiple initiatives. I’ve also directed delivery for HSBC Banking 2.0’s global digital transformation program, building high-performing Agile teams and strengthening execution through SAFe practices, stakeholder alignment, and capacity/roadmap planning.
