At AU Small Finance Bank, I designed a Logistic Regression credit and fraud-risk scorecard for video onboarding and built XGBoost pre-delinquency models to support early collections interventions. I validated models before deployment and monitored performance with PSI and drift checks.
I analyzed card transactions to identify customers likely to spend internationally, growing international transaction value by 20 percent, driven entirely by first-time international spenders. I also helped automate six transaction monitoring triggers for RBI reporting and presented risk insights as business recommendations.
