What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build AI-native products where I can own outcomes end-to-end, prototype hands-on, and keep shipping guided by evals and metrics—especially in systems that unify context for users and agent workflows.

I’m a product manager focused on AI-native workspaces and agentic products—where teams and AI agents solve the same problems with shared context. I’m a first-product-hire builder who stays hands-on, prototyping to turn strategy into working systems.

At PAVO AI, I own the product end-to-end across design, engineering, and GTM. I designed the core primitives and surfaces: a unified task-execution experience and an in-app notebook with typed SQL/Python cells that expose states, outputs, and the steps an agent takes.

I’m rigorous about evaluation and metrics. For a $80M-ARR customer, I led a Day-0 retention deliverable by building the data foundation and running 20+ evaluated heuristic/ML approaches, shipping a model-distilled targeting signal that lifted Month-3 retention ~8%.

I also built Pavo’s product-led-growth growth engine for DTC marketers and designed Tribal Knowledge—turning scattered data, code, and docs into shared context for both people and agents. To improve our core agent, I created the evaluation framework that drove eval-led iterations, moving performance from ~60 to parity with Claude Code at ~80.
