What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote Accounts Payable, AP Lead, or landscaping operations role with a US landscape, lawn care, or property services company.

I lead remote accounts payable and landscaping operations for multiple US landscaping clients at Dhaninfo, working full US business hours. I own end-to-end AP across Aspire, Acumatica, and Stampli, from invoice intake and GL coding through approvals and check/ACH disbursements.

I partner with US controllers, branch managers, and vendors to resolve discrepancies, maintain W-9 and COI compliance, reconcile 1099-eligible spend, and support month-end close. I also build SOPs, track invoice-turnaround and aging KPIs, and lead teams across time zones.

Previously, I served as a landscaping and AP SME and Senior Business Analyst at Dhaninfo, improving Aspire and LMN workflows, vendor data, reporting, and escalation handling. My earlier medical billing work built my experience with US business hours, payer communication, payment posting, denials, and AR aging.
