I’m a Backend & Platform Engineer focused on scalable, high-throughput distributed systems and API platforms. I build production-ready pipelines that improve observability, reliability, and system performance from design through deployment.

At Cisco Bengaluru, I integrated the Mashery API Gateway into a unified API Portal using Java and Spring Boot—consolidating 10+ portals and enabling onboarding & governance for 10K APIs. I also designed and implemented an hourly consumption pipeline (Python, Flask) across 80 clusters in 4 regions, processing high-throughput workloads (up to 120 vCores/cluster) for billing, analytics, and observability, with data replay APIs for debugging.

I architected and built a centralized MongoDB store for cluster metadata used by consumption and control plane services, owning the end-to-end design (HLD/LLD). To remove operational friction, I developed an SFTP automation tool (Python, pexpect) that upgrades ProFTPD across servers with 100% automation and zero-error deployments.

I strengthen reliability and speed with practical observability using Splunk, and I build microservices on Kubernetes for scalability and high availability. Beyond production work, I created SnapDB (Golang, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, AWS) to deliver reliable backup and recovery with compression and integrity checks, and Atlas (Python, FastAPI, LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI, Streamlit) to power an AI travel assistant.
