At Infosys Limited, I support Linux infrastructure for a telecom and digital services provider, including OS upgrades, hardware refreshes, and Unix transitions. I’m also a member of the OpenShift transition team.

For the Netherlands project, I supported 12,000+ RHEL, Solaris, Oracle Linux, and CentOS servers with SLA-driven incident and change management. I led OS upgrades and migrations using Ansible automation, and served on-site in the client’s European data centre operations from July 2024 to January 2026.

As OCI Cloud Migration Lead, I worked with project teams to replicate on-premises configurations to OCI VMs. I configured OS-level monitoring, led Operations Readiness Tests and Go/No-Go calls, and coordinated post-migration support with Oracle Cloud Support.

Earlier, I provided L2/L3 AWS support at Infosys Limited and worked across telecom provisioning, billing, PMO, and project governance roles. At Capgemini Financial Services India Pvt. Ltd., I led a team of seven and coordinated UAT for Oracle EBS enhancements.
