At Accenture, I lead a team of 11–12 engineers deploying and maintaining enterprise containerized applications on Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes across on-premises and cloud environments. I own cluster lifecycle management, upgrades, scaling, security, disaster recovery, and L3/L4 incident resolution.
I design GitOps and Terraform workflows with ArgoCD and GitHub, manage observability with Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics, Kibana, and Splunk, and automate operational work through shell scripting. I also support OpenShift networking, Istio, Quay, Keycloak, AMQ, RBAC, SCC, storage, and VM migrations.
Previously at MYCOM OSI, I independently migrated a standalone server to a cloud-based OpenShift platform, delivering on schedule and earning customer appreciation. Across telecom and enterprise environments, I bring 11.5 years of IT experience, client-facing delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and platform mentoring.
