I'm targeting Principal or Lead Product Manager roles where I can build AI-native enterprise products, lead GenAI strategy from concept to scale, and turn complex technical and commercial decisions into measurable customer and revenue outcomes.

At NICE, I own the $23.2M GenAI-powered Quality Management product line, shaping strategy, roadmap, pricing, and cloud-hosted delivery with engineering, architecture, sales, and GTM teams. I grew ACV by 9% through pricing optimization and adoption expansion.

I built autonomous, multi-step conversational AI systems using LLM orchestration and RAG-based feedback loops, and took a GenAI evaluation product from 0-to-1 to 20%+ adoption within three months.
