At Nextiva, I build production React and TypeScript features for a large enterprise web application, working with distributed design, product, and backend teams. I maintain shared component and design-system packages in a Turborepo monorepo used by 4+ product teams.

I improved LCP from 4.1s to 1.7s and reduced JavaScript payload by roughly a third through profiling, memoization, code splitting, and lazy loading. I also introduced Datadog and structured logging to diagnose production issues, including a timezone defect that led to a WebSocket-driven UI replacing polling.

Previously at Vistaar Financial Services, I led a React rebuild of an HRMS platform for 1,000+ employees, cutting page load time by 40%. I moved server state to TanStack Query, removing 45% of redundant REST calls and reducing load time from 4 seconds to 1.5 seconds.

I've also launched a learning platform for 500+ users, shipped two 4.5+ rated Flutter apps, and built an employee onboarding platform across React and Node.js/Express. I care about accessible UI, reliable tests, production debugging, and using AI-assisted tooling thoughtfully as a reviewed starting point.
