I am a Certified AI Specialist, Prompt Engineer, and Linguistic Expert with over 14 years of diverse professional experience. I began my career in the aviation industry, spending seven years as a Senior Customer Service Agent at Ethiopian Airlines Group—a world-class global carrier—where I mastered multi-layered computer systems, executed international security protocols, and managed end-to-end passenger journeys with aviation-grade precision.

Transitioning into the AI space, I have since specialized in Prompt Engineering, AI Ethics, and Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT). I hold certifications in Prompt Engineering, Computer Networks, and the Ethics of AI, as well as a C1 Advanced English certification. My work focuses on crafting complex prompts, mitigating algorithmic bias, and refining large language model performance through Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF)—with a particular emphasis on cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy in Amharic and English.

I hold a BA in Economics from Arba Minch University and am based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
