I am a team lead and Flutter engineer with hands-on experience building high‑scale mobile applications for fintech and agritech. I lead a team of Flutter developers, drive architecture improvements, and implement modern Flutter tooling and state management (BLoC, Dio, GoRouter, Hive) to deliver reliable products.
At my current role I lead development of a digital banking payment system for farmers, reaching roughly one quarter of the farmer segment; previously I contributed to a fintech app with 1.5 million MAU and supported products driving multimillion-dollar revenue. I collaborate closely with product managers, backend engineers, and designers to translate business requirements into performant, maintainable applications.
I prioritize best practices, Agile processes, code reviews, and testing to improve team productivity and code quality. I also mentor junior developers and have experience teaching programming fundamentals to younger learners.
