What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative role using statistics and data science to build predictive models, improve data quality, and drive operational decisions while growing technical and leadership skills.

I am a dedicated statistics, economics and data student with strong analytical and leadership skills, committed to delivering precise and insightful results. My passion for statistics and data drives me to ask critical questions and challenge conventional practices.

During internships at the ministry of finance and the Autonomous Port of Mauritania, I applied financial and operational data to build predictive models and forecast transactions and import/export trends. I improved data quality and helped teams use data to inform operational decisions.

I supervised a large field team for the national census with ANSADE, learning how to diagnose and correct issues that cause bad data and to coordinate successful survey execution. I also gained hands-on technical experience installing cameras, DVR/NVR systems, programming and troubleshooting laptops and central units.

I completed intensive training in mobile application development with Flutter and work with tools like Python, R, SQL, Stata, Django, Flask, Firebase and SPSS. I bring problem-solving, leadership, communication and adaptability to collaborative teams focused on measurable impact.
