I'm looking to continue solving network and infrastructure incidents in an IT operations or technical support role where I can use Tier 2 diagnostics, enterprise support platforms, and cross-functional escalation work.

At JAWWAL, I handle Tier 2 back-office technical operations, diagnosing connectivity issues across broadband and wireless networks and managing incidents through resolution.

I analyze router logs, latency degradation, traffic paths, and port-forwarding configurations while using Siebel, UISP, and fault-handling portals to maintain accurate service records and SLA adherence.
