At Jawwal (Reach), I provide first-level NOC support, monitoring and troubleshooting customer connectivity, Internet access, performance, and Fixed Wireless Access issues. I work with MikroTik and FortiGate devices, document resolutions, and escalate incidents when needed.
I've also built front-end applications through training at Asal Technologies and ITG Technology using React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Sass, and Bootstrap. My computer engineering background includes RESTful APIs, Node.js, Flutter, UI/UX, and an Arduino-based vending-machine graduation project.
