What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote Help Desk or IT Support role where I can apply Linux, networking, troubleshooting, and clear technical communication while growing into systems administration, cloud, and cybersecurity.

At Al-Aqsa University, I teach undergraduate Computer Networks and DevOps courses, covering Linux, Git, Docker, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD fundamentals.

I designed and delivered a complete DevOps capstone: a FastAPI application containerized with a multi-stage Dockerfile and deployed through a GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline.

I've supported students remotely throughout wartime conditions in Gaza, maintaining consistent communication and course delivery despite major infrastructure and connectivity constraints. My teaching experience helps me explain technical problems clearly and calmly to people with varied skill levels.

I'm building on hands-on Linux administration, networking, and DevOps work as I move into remote IT support and help desk roles, with a long-term focus on systems administration, cloud, and cybersecurity.
