At 7CTECH, I develop backend services and RESTful APIs with .NET Core 8 in a microservices architecture. I built Redis preload-based caching to reduce database load and improve response times for high-volume endpoints.
I also implemented analytical systems using ClickHouse and designed an Entity Attribute System to support product customization and database scalability. For business-critical workflows, I integrated Stripe, Klaviyo, and Zendesk.
At 7CTECH, I built an AI-powered customer support chatbot that combines predefined workflows with dynamic AI responses grounded in customer and product knowledge. I monitor production systems and resolve critical bugs using Seq and Datadog.
Earlier, I developed backend features for ASP.NET MVC applications at Vertika Limited and programmed custom business logic in Microsoft Dynamics AX as an intern at Orient Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd. I also developed Python machine learning models focused on natural language processing and data analytics at Proxima.pk, and created the Tajweed Voice Assistant personal project.
