I’m looking for a role where I can design and deliver high-quality learning content, manage training projects, and use emerging learning technologies to improve performance—working with SMEs and teams to solve challenges efficiently.

I have experience in Learning and Talent Development across both face-to-face and online training, and I bring a result- and performance-oriented approach to every project. I excel at managing training projects and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design, develop, and deliver high-quality instructional content that educates the workforce and drives performance.

I’m an active learner with a passion for emerging learning technologies and new concepts that save time and cost. I also contribute through AI-focused content review and training, language translation/localization, and strong quality assurance—using tools like Articulate Storyline, Camtasia Studio, and Adobe Premiere to create engaging, interactive learning experiences.
