I’m a detail-oriented IT professional with over 4+ years of hands-on experience in technical support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and basic network administration. I focus on resolving IT issues quickly, maintaining system health, and supporting users with a proven ability to reduce downtime through proactive diagnostics and efficient problem-resolution strategies.

In my current role as an Information Security, Compliance and Business Continuity Specialist, I administer and manage user access controls and permissions across IT infrastructure using Windows Server Active Directory, applying the principle of least privilege. I also configure and maintain a Sophos Firewall to monitor network traffic, enforce security policies, and protect against cyber threats, while conducting security audits, vulnerability assessments, and log analyses.

Earlier, I strengthened reliability and security by diagnosing and repairing unbootable workstations with Medicat USB Toolkit, improving recovery speed and reducing OS reinstallation needs. I’ve also provided helpdesk and network assistance—handling installations, hardware upgrades, malware scanning/removal, and network device setup—always documenting what I do to ensure transparency and knowledge transfer.
