What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build my career in IT support, help desk, and networking, where I can troubleshoot user issues, maintain systems and networks, and keep learning through hands-on technical work.

At Yemen’s Zakat Authority, I provide day-to-day technical support, resolving hardware, software, and operating system issues to help minimize downtime.

I install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, peripheral devices, internal LANs, network cabling, network devices, and CCTV surveillance systems. I also train employees and provide practical guidance on using internal systems and applications.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and bring additional training in full-stack web development, Android development, CompTIA A+, and Cisco CCNA concepts. I’m building my career in IT support, help desk, and networking.
