What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my cloud support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and technical documentation experience to resolve business-critical customer and application issues while collaborating closely with engineering teams.

At Cognizant Technology Solutions supporting Google Cloud, I investigate cloud configuration, billing, IAM, authentication, account-access, and service issues for business-critical applications. I use GCP consoles, JSON data, logging systems, Salesforce, and ITSM workflows to drive issues toward resolution while meeting SLA requirements.

Previously at Amazon Development Centre, I investigated quality, process, risk, and transaction-data issues, identifying trends and root causes. I also built a two-wheel self-balancing robot using Arduino Uno, an accelerometer, and a gyroscope, applying iterative testing and embedded control troubleshooting.
