What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise technology portfolios and transformation programmes where I can strengthen governance, operational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and delivery performance across global teams.

At UnionSys Technologies, I lead programme governance and portfolio delivery across ERP, CRM, Analytics, AI and Integration programmes for global clients, managing a technology portfolio valued at approximately USD 1 million.

Previously at Infosys, I governed 142 enterprise applications across 11 Lines of Business and led 34 direct reports with delivery governance across an 87-member engineering organisation. I owned executive dashboards, SLA and KPI governance, service reviews, transition readiness, and ITSM operations, delivering an 18% MTTR reduction and reducing recurring ticket volumes by 12%.

Across 17+ years in global delivery environments, I've managed complex programmes from mobilisation through implementation, transition and post-go-live support. My experience also includes SAP implementations, vendor management, commercial planning, stakeholder leadership and building operationally ready technology services.
