What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a professional role where I can combine administration, bookkeeping, and customer support to deliver accurate records, efficient documentation, and excellent service—working collaboratively in an organised environment that values confidentiality and problem solving.

I’m a highly organised administrative and finance professional with over 10 years of experience across university administration, bookkeeping, customer-facing support, education, and data management. I currently serve as a Faculty Officer at the Faculty of Science Teachers' Education, Kwara State University of Education, supporting smooth faculty operations through strong administration, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and record management.

I’m known for communicating professionally with students, parents, academic staff, and management while protecting accuracy and confidentiality. In my faculty role, I coordinate day-to-day activities, prepare official correspondence, memoranda, reports, examination documents, and other faculty records, and ensure proper filing, organisation, and retrieval of documents.

I also work remotely as a Remote Accountant / Bookkeeper, preparing and managing student tuition invoices using TutorBoss, reconciling payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. I support parents and internal stakeholders by responding to enquiries promptly and resolving payment discrepancies using tools like Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, and Meta Business Suite—always maintaining strong confidentiality and service quality.

Earlier, I contributed to education and school administration as an Accounting Teacher with the Kwara State Teaching Service Commission, where I prepared lesson plans, examinations, continuous assessment records, and performance reports. I’ve also served as Acting Head, Business Department, and held earlier responsibilities including data entry at Zamim Limited, building a consistent record of accuracy, problem solving, and teamwork across roles.
