I'm seeking a role in program management, monitoring and evaluation, or operations where I can apply my cross-sector experience to drive meaningful results.

At CHINAR International, I coordinate implementation, documentation, and reporting across four youth development and education programs. I also monitor repayment compliance for active business beneficiaries and support students through eligibility surveys for the Higher Education Counselling & Sponsorship Program.

I identified gaps in beneficiaries’ ledger maintenance and shared a standardised format that supported consistent financial record keeping. I also led outreach and onboarding for a skill development collaboration with Wadhwani Foundation. Previously, I managed CRM records for 500+ customers at Qul Fruitwall using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
