What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead Agile delivery as an IT Project Manager/Scrum Master, partner with Product and stakeholders, and drive digital transformation with clear KPIs, continuous improvement, and strong team coaching.

I’m an IT Project Manager and Scrum Master focused on delivering measurable outcomes through Agile execution, clear ownership, and continuous improvement. Since October 2024, I’ve been leading agile delivery at NEOLOGIX in Fez, where I help teams maintain momentum and raise performance.

I facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, stakeholder sprint planning, review, and retrospective) and steer planning with risk awareness and transparent progress reporting. I support stakeholders with KPI tracking, velocity insights, and burn-down visibility to keep delivery aligned and predictable.

I also work close to product ownership by supporting backlog refinement and user story prioritization with the Product Owner. In addition, I coordinate between developers and clients to validate technical feasibility, improve deliverable quality, and enable adoption through workshops, training, and change support.

Earlier, as a Digital Transformation Manager at MASSANO CHERTI, I shaped online presence strategy, deployed digital communication channels, and optimized internal workflows with IT tools and software solutions. I bring this practical delivery mindset alongside an MBA in Digital Strategy & Agile Management and a Scrum Master Accredited certification.
