I’m looking for a Data Analyst role where I can build and automate dashboards, monitor KPIs, and use SQL and visualization tools to deliver actionable insights for business and operations growth.

I’m a Data Analyst focused on turning operational and performance data into clear, actionable insights. At Foundever, I develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards, calculate and monitor monthly KPIs for customer service agents, and collaborate cross-functionally to automate reporting while improving data quality.

Previously at noon, I optimized SQL views to calculate shipment Turnaround Time (TAT), defined logistics targets using data-driven insights, and built Looker dashboards to monitor logistics KPIs in real time. I also bring strong visualization and analysis foundations from Power BI and SQL-focused Data Analyst Intern roles, plus Python-driven statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
