At Tiffany Diamond Hotel, I provide technical support to hotel staff in the Department of Information and Communication Technology. I install and configure Windows and other software, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
I support LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity and install and share network printers. I also perform preventive maintenance and data backups.
I progressed from an internship to a one-year employment contract at Tiffany Diamond Hotel. I hold a Certificate in Information Technology from Kampala International University Tanzania (KIUT).
