What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that values collaboration and supports professional growth in a nurturing educational environment.

I am an experienced educator specializing in inclusive early childhood education, holding a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Akron with a perfect GPA of 4.0. My professional journey has been dedicated to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment for all students, including those with special needs. I have successfully developed and implemented Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of my students, ensuring compliance and promoting their academic growth.

Throughout my career, I have held various teaching roles, including as a Preschool Disability Teacher and a 1st Grade Teacher. My experience includes creating lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning styles and managing classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies. I pride myself on building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, which I believe is essential for creating a thriving educational community.

In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I actively seek professional development opportunities to enhance my skills and stay current with best practices in early childhood education. I am passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners and am committed to continuous improvement in my teaching methods.
