At Maitri Services, I build AI and backend pipelines for healthcare chart processing. I developed provider extraction and NPI resolution across 9.2M NPPES records using spaCy, embedding search, and contextual disambiguation.
I also built Claude on AWS Bedrock workflows to extract ICD-10 coding rules from guideline PDFs and ran controlled extraction experiments. My work includes HIPAA de-identification for medical PDFs and C-CDA charts using Hugging Face transformers.
At Outlines Research and Development, I customized the UNDP National Carbon Registry for Nepal's legislation and built validated data-entry forms. I also developed geospatial, map-based applications using GeoServer, Leaflet, and PostGIS, including a portal for Nepal's OECM areas.
I build machine learning projects from scratch, including CycleGAN image translation and CAT-Net image forgery localization in TensorFlow and Keras. I enjoy turning complex data, documents, and imagery into practical, reliable systems.
