I built an AI Enterprise Support Platform for ticket management and document-based question answering. It also analyzes tickets to summarize and categorize issues, assign teams, and suggest responses.

I developed a RAG pipeline for PDF and DOCX documents, using text extraction, chunking, embeddings, cosine similarity, PostgreSQL, and a local LLM. The platform also includes JWT authentication, ticket status tracking, team management, settings, and dashboard analytics.

At HS Digital Media, I worked on PHP-based development tasks and contributed to CRM-related functionality. I also assisted with CRM operations and application development as part of a development team.
