I built AutoApply AI, an application automation platform, with React interfaces and FastAPI services for resume uploads, job tracking, and AI-assisted document generation. I also implemented authentication and rate limiting, and configured GitHub Actions checks and Docker Compose services.

For VoiceDesk, I built a FastAPI and React/TypeScript receptionist prototype with Groq LLM integration and tools for booking and other appointment workflows. I added access checks, confirmation before booking changes, and Pytest coverage.

I developed PromptLab AI to version prompts and compare LLM outputs, latency, token usage, and estimated API costs. It includes evaluation methods such as exact match, text similarity, JSON key validation, and LLM-as-a-judge.

As an Account Management Intern at MediAssist, I validated corporate policy records and coordinated with operations and claims teams to resolve queries. I also prepared Excel MIS reports and financial summaries, and documented client onboarding SOPs.
