I’m a legal associate and researcher at LegalServiceAndResearchNetwork Pvt.Ltd, where I support senior attorneys with fintech and banking policy drafting and deep legal analysis. I’m motivated by work that turns complex regulatory provisions into clear, actionable legal guidance.

In my role, I analyze legal provisions to ensure compliance with Nepalese laws, conduct legal research across civil, commercial, and regulatory matters, and draft or review petitions, contracts, legal notices, agreements, and client advisories. I also help prepare arbitration case documents and contribute to dispute-resolution strategies.

My internships strengthened my courtroom and documentation workflow. I drafted legal petitions, contracts, and advisories with high precision, assisted in court procedures (including case research and trial preparation), and supported arbitration-related document work—earning recognition for analytical skills, professionalism, and work ethic.

Earlier, at the District Attorney Office in Ilam, I observed daily administrative and legal operations, supported drafting and record management, and gained exposure to coordination among the District Court, District Police Office, and District Administration Office. I bring strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional teamwork to every matter.
