At Fynd, I architected Kaily customer portal and helpdesk workflows spanning session setup, ticket handling, attachments, and access control.
I rebuilt Datasource 2.0 crawling and RAG ingestion flows, supporting workloads of 6,000+ links with crawling, retries, and live progress tracking.
I also designed centralized LLM tracing and observability across conversations and inference providers, and delivered improvements to the embeddable chat widget and admin console.
Previously at Cere Labs Pvt. Ltd., I developed FastAPI services and chatbot workflows, including WhatsApp chatbots and ChatGPT-powered file Q&A. I also built QueryGenie, a PDF chat application using RAG and vector search.
