What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply thermal-fluid, structural, and multiphysics simulation to complex mechanical systems, using validated engineering analysis to improve performance, reliability, and prototyping outcomes.

At BOSCH Ltd., I develop thermal-fluid, structural, and multiphysics simulations that improve mechanical-system performance, reliability, and design decisions.

I’ve used SimScale, Ansys, COMSOL, and Simulink-Simscape to optimize electronic-cabinet cooling, assess flow-induced vibration, model pressure losses in rotating components, and study heat exchangers. My FSI work reduced turnaround time by 30%, while journal-bearing results correlated with experimental data at 95% accuracy.

Previously at JAI Springs Ltd., I improved structural-component process consistency through FMEA, SPC, and root-cause analysis, reducing variation by 18%. I also validated component strength through FEA and supported fatigue testing and process improvements for leaf springs.

I bring a strong foundation in fluid mechanics, thermal systems, CFD, FEA, and design validation. I enjoy translating simulation and test data into practical design improvements while collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.
