I engaged with 20+ neurodivergent users during NGO research and outreach work, identifying behavioral needs and accessibility barriers. I synthesized observations into insights to improve user engagement and support strategies.

For an NGO website project, I designed and prototyped its first digital presence, including navigation, donation, and volunteering flows. I also studied leadership behavior with 50 participants and analyzed patterns in communication, decision-making, and team dynamics.
