I developed an enterprise Agile Product Model and an 11-chapter Agile Playbook, and restructured a 40-person vendor delivery model into a self-organizing team of five developers, increasing completed stories from four per month to 32 per two-week sprint.
At Nike Inc., I coached 15 Scrum teams supporting Nike One Marketplace's global relaunch and helped raise sprint goal achievement from 70% to 90%.
