I've built an end-to-end e-commerce ETL pipeline using Python, Pandas, MySQL, PySpark, SQL, and CSV data, taking customer, product, order, and sales data from Bronze through Silver to business-ready Gold metrics.
At Tech Mahindra, I troubleshoot technical and customer issues, investigate root causes, document incidents, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. I also developed a Power BI customer support operations dashboard with SLA, resolution time, CSAT, ticket volume, and escalation metrics.
