At HOAi, I build payments infrastructure that safeguards more than $1B in annualized transaction volume. I engineered payment cancellation with Increase API rails, transactional locks, and idempotency guarantees, and led a Management Company onboarding platform from requirements through GA, reducing onboarding from 5–7 business days to under 24 hours.
I also built a versioned feature control plane with point-in-time state reconstruction and zero-downtime migration, and reduced critical API p99 latency by up to 10× through batched data access. For invoice extraction, I created a production LLM evaluation harness with golden-dataset scoring, confidence-gated routing, and drift monitoring.
During nearly five years at AWS across Aurora and Glue, I extracted latency-critical monolith paths into event-driven SNS/SQS and Lambda services processing millions of requests daily, improving response times 5× in high-traffic regions. I automated RDS issue detection and mitigation to reduce MTTR by 66%, strengthened incident diagnostics storage with encryption and tenant isolation, and led a migration to IAM role-based authentication.
