I've spent 10+ years teaching and assessing English and Mathematics, including five years at the University of Kashmir, where I evaluated written and spoken English against structured rubrics for grammar, composition, clarity, and communicative competence.

I bring native-level fluency in English, Urdu, Kashmiri, and Hindi, with experience identifying grammatical, semantic, and register errors across languages. My calibrated feedback across large student cohorts translates directly to multilingual data annotation, quality review, RLHF, and instruction-tuning work.

At Delhi Public School, Srinagar, I turned complex mathematical reasoning into clear step-by-step explanations and analyzed assessment results to identify gaps. I also built a Python Student Performance Tracker using Pandas and NumPy to log scores, calculate cohort statistics, and flag outliers for review.

With a Master's in Public Administration, I can also contribute domain context for policy, governance, civic, and public-sector datasets. I'm particularly drawn to structured, high-quality AI data work spanning Indic languages, education, and government domains.
