At Flussonic, I moved a video-surveillance product from a single server onto self-hosted Kubernetes on bare-metal Linux. I wrote the Infrastructure as Code and GitOps setup, then designed Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki monitoring with alerting and on-call escalation paths.

I also cut the CI pipeline from 32 minutes to nine and traced service slowdowns to nginx worker starvation and slow permission resolution. Before Flussonic, I ran platform and delivery for a cross-chain DeFi protocol on GKE, introduced its observability stack, and helped split its monolith into independent services.
