At InComm Payments, I coordinated IT integrations and product launches for brands including Apple, Nintendo, Blizzard, Riot Games, Electronic Arts, Roblox, and Skype across Russian and Baltic markets. I supported clients through implementation and launch, then handled day-to-day operations and operational issues.
At Silverbird Global Ltd., I led the relocation and expansion of the Moldovan office from 20 to 100 workstations, covering the project from office search and budget approval through setup. I also led the implementation of HiBob HRIS and digitalized HR processes for a company of approximately 150 employees.
At International Aluminum Company, I managed strategic corporate client relationships, negotiated proposals and contract terms, and coordinated orders and shipments. Most recently, at A Logistics (Askona Group), I supported HR operations for a distribution center of approximately 300 people, including recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, and the rollout of HR systems.
