At lifecell, I own production data operations for telecom billing systems, supporting billing feeds and data flows across voice, SMS, and data services. I investigate production incidents and discrepancies, coordinate resolutions, and prepare analysis for Finance, Fraud, and other business teams.
I delivered the data and billing changes for a national roaming launch, from analysis and testing through post-launch support, and supported Mobile Number Portability implementation. I also built and optimized Oracle PL/SQL ETL/ELT processes and developed Perl scripts to parse roaming partner price lists and load tariff prices.
