In my independent contract development work, I build backend functionality and REST APIs, shaping application structures and relational database schemas. I take features from clarifying requirements and designing solutions through implementation and support.
I integrated Binotel, Unitalk, Zadarma, and Phonet for call-history retrieval, data normalisation, and recording processing. My Voice2AI project brings these telephony integrations together, with idempotent persistence and recording handling.
I also developed CRM-style workflows for customers, calls, employees, and status management. For business automation, I worked on Telegram bots, Google Sheets integrations, queues, and background jobs.
My other projects include a Laravel messaging service with queued delivery, logging, and retry handling, and a chess school platform with role-based areas and lesson scheduling. Laravel is my primary commercial framework, and I also have hands-on experience with Symfony.
