At QLab University, I develop e-learning courses end to end, from instructional design through LMS deployment. I create scenarios, simulations, business cases, infographics, and gamified learning elements using Articulate Rise and Storyline.
In my project-based L&D work, I conduct Training Needs Analysis with team leads and managers, then design learning paths, onboarding tracks, and leadership programs. I use Bloom's Taxonomy and Kolb's Learning Cycle to shape learning objectives and program design.
I've built 30+ courses for 300+ learners, and AI productivity tools have cut my development time by about 30%. I use NotebookLM and Claude in content development, and vibe coding to create interactive simulations inside courses.
At the Department of Enterprise Management at Igor Sikorsky KPI, I coordinated methodological work and project-managed accreditation for three master's programs. I also taught HR and management disciplines and developed instructional materials, including textbooks, case studies, and assessments.
