Maksim Dementev

At Dodo Pizza, I grew from trainee to Deputy General Manager, coordinating daily operations for a team of 30–40 people and using KPIs to improve processes.

I built operational tools for standards testing, performance scoring, supply ordering, training progress, and inventory review. Through item-level analysis and clearer controls, I reduced the inventory loss and surplus metric from 2.74% to 2.25%.

Since August 2026, I’ve been building software with AI coding tools including Claude Code and Codex. My independent projects include JarvisOS, a personal AI assistant that syncs Telegram with Todoist and Google Calendar, and Safe Deal, an escrow mini-app for a crypto wallet.

I’ve also made a concept website for a dental clinic in three languages, a browser extension, a native macOS app, and a remote desktop control tool. I understand day-to-day business operations and enjoy turning manual processes into working automations.
