What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Solutions Consultant, Implementation, or technical Presales role at a B2B software company.

At Sigma School LLC, I managed the implementation of a new website, a CRM, and a payment-service integration, from requirements through staff adoption. These changes contributed to 433.3% more online enrolments and 23% annual revenue growth during 2022–2025.

I work between engineers and non-technical decision-makers: I run discovery conversations, turn business needs into requirements, and reduce uncertainty during delivery. At Orgpromstroy Building Materials LLC, I translated the sales team’s needs into workflows for a Bitrix CRM implementation.

Before moving into business ownership and implementation work, I developed web applications at ISSoft using C#/.NET, Entity Framework, and Angular. I also tested and documented APIs with Postman and Swagger.
