At Tochka Bank, I develop the payment acceptance platform for the SBP C2B segment and am the technical owner of multiple services. I drive technical changes from design through production, with a focus on reliability and service evolution.
I designed and delivered payment statements, a promotion management platform, an SBP payment bot, AI-generated payment QR codes, and SBP payment fiscalization with receipt generation. I also improved observability with metrics, distributed tracing, alerting, and dashboards.
At Move2Armenia, I took full ownership of the backend for a mobile application and web portal, reducing development costs and cutting release time by 50%. I optimized critical API endpoints, reducing response time by up to 7×, and designed a fault-tolerant authentication service.
At Medicenter, I worked on internal and client-facing services for a medical organization.
