At SHIFT, I own AI-automation initiatives from workflow discovery and ROI analysis through architecture, delivery, and director-level roadmap discussions. I lead a three-person cross-functional team while personally building high-leverage systems when speed matters.

I shipped a LangGraph Discord support agent that resolves roughly 80–90% of routine traffic in under a minute, with scoped RAG, blockchain tools, citations, evaluations, and policy-driven escalation. I also built a security-incident triage agent that reduced typical analyst review from about 30 to 10 minutes while maintaining approximately 99% agreement with human decisions.

I launched equibot.ai, a production RAG assistant for equestrian competition rules, from idea to live in three days. I built the full stack with FastAPI, Postgres/pgvector, Redis, OpenAI, and Next.js, including cited answers, document previews, localization, and validated load handling.

Before product management, I developed DeFi strategy contracts supporting approximately $100M in active allocations and built 24/7 on-chain risk monitoring systems. My foundation in computer security, cryptography, Python, Solidity, and protocol audits helps me build AI systems that reduce operational work without sacrificing control in high-risk decisions.
